Asset storage
How much you can store, shared across your brands and tracked per brand.
Storage works just like credits: one pool per account, with a clear view of which brand is using what.
- Free: 100 MB.
- Plus: 25 GB, shared across all your brands.
- Team: 250 GB, shared across the org.
What counts
Everything you add to a brand's library: logos, fonts, photos, illustrations, PDFs, guidelines. Renders, previews, and thumbnails don't count; those live in a cache we cover.
Shared, but tracked per brand
Your pool is shared across every brand you own, so if one brand holds 18 GB of photos, that's 18 GB of your 25 GB and the rest share what's left. For a Team org it's one pool across all the shared brands.
Because it's shared, braaand shows you a per-brand breakdown wherever storage appears, so you (or an agency) can always see which brand is using the most and bill it back if needed.
When you hit the cap
The next upload is turned away with a clear message and a link to plans. Free up room by deleting assets you don't need (every delete gives the space back right away), or upgrade. A single file that's bigger than your remaining space is refused outright rather than half-saved.
Changing plans
Downgrading never deletes anything. If you drop to a smaller plan with more stored than it allows, your brands and assets stay; you just can't add more until you're back under the limit.
