Agent skill

A skill is a small bundle that teaches an agent how to do something. The braaand skill teaches it how to set up brands, make creatives, find images, and keep everything on brand, so you can just ask instead of explaining the steps.

It is one file, and both Claude and Codex read it.

Install it

Easiest, if you have the CLI:

braaand skill install

That installs it for every agent it finds on your machine. Add --claude or --codex to pick one.

By hand, or on surfaces the CLI can't reach — download braaand.skill from the learn page and add it:

• Claude desktop or claude.ai: Settings, then Skills, then Install.
• Claude Code: drop the file in ~/.claude/skills/braaand/.
• Codex (desktop app, CLI, and IDE extension): drop it in ~/.agents/skills/braaand/. That is the shared .agents convention, not ~/.codex/, which holds settings rather than skills. A skill dropped in a repo's own .agents/skills/ applies to that repo only.

Then type /braaand in any conversation to use it, or just talk about your brands. If you use braaand sync, every installed copy keeps itself current — each sync refreshes them all to the latest version automatically.

• The synced brand folder: showing your brand as a local preview (colors, type, logos with real fonts), and building products from the copied dist/ tokens — no raw hex, rebrand as a reviewable diff.
• When to start from a system template instead of from scratch.
• How to set up a brand from a manual.
• How to make a batch of creatives across every format.
• Handy patterns for finding images, tuning colors, and getting layouts right.
